Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.


2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
